We strive to give you the best service that is why we want to make sure that your gifts are received on time and in good condition. Here are the terms and conditions of delivery to help you better understand our delivery service.

The Service

Upon your purchase, we will schedule your order with the appropriate supplier who will deliver your gift to your recipient. Service fulfillment will be carried out by a first class door to door courier service. To qualify for a purchase, the customer must agree to the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions of Delivery

1. The purchaser must agree that the delivery details and address that he/she provided as point of delivery and billing is truthful and correct.
2. Credit card fraud will be reported to the proper authorities and dealt with accordingly.
3. EverlastingLove Philippine  Gifts and our suppliers / couriers have the option to contact the customer to correct any mistakes in the shipping details inputted by the client but is under no lawful obligation to do so.
4. In the case that the address specified by the client is incorrect, EverlastingLove Philippine  Gifts and our suppliers have the right to charge the customer the full amount of the purchase.
5. If a delivery is late, we will have the option to give promotional discounts or credit rebates but is under no lawful obligation to do so.
6. If the product cannot be delivered to a correct address and name, we will replace the ordered product with one of the same value.
7. We offer three business day delivery to the areas specified in the Delivery Days paragraph. Upon ordering and placing a desired delivery date, the sender will receive an e-mail confirmation that the order has been processed. If for any reason, we cannot meet the desired delivery date, we will inform the client through this e-mail. Before ordering, we advise all clients to please refer to the Delivery Days Menu to find a suitable date of delivery for his or her recipient.
8. We reserve the right to alter or modify order specifications to conform our suppliers' policies.

 Delivery Days

Our ordering processing times are from Monday to Friday 6:00AM to 3:00PM.   We can accommodate your orders and requests during these times. We usually need "3 day before" notification for all orders.  Our cut-off time is 3 pm (Manila time). An order that needs to be delivered 3 days after today (order Tuesday for Friday delivery) for instance must be placed Tuesday before 4pm.  However, we observe a different cut off time for special seasons such as Mother's Day and Valentines Day. We need the orders at least 4 days before the delivery date for that season week. Also, if you are in USA, Canada, or South America, please allow an extra day due to the many hour time difference even though we almost always get orders delivered in three days ( even when we only have two days in reality ;-)

For your reference please look for LBC's covered delivery areas.  This will open up to a map of the Philippine islands, then click the button on the Luzon , Visayas or Mindanao region, and further on, the list of provinces, and finally the town or city. There are several names of barrios listed within the city and please check if your delivery area is one of them.  We deliver to over 90% of Filipinos so you will most likely find your destination listed.
